For U.A.E. Orders

Bought it, tried it, and didn’t love it? No worries—Sewnearth offers hassle-free returns and exchanges. If you’re not totally satisfied with your Sewnearth purchase, you can return or exchange it free of charge (no return shipping or handling fees) within 30 days of your purchase.

We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it, and we will refund you for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

When You Return Your Purchase:

  • You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s) upon returning it within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Returns or exchanges cannot be processed after 30 days of the purchase date.

How to Return or Exchange Your Items

Step 1: Fill out the Returns + Exchanges form
Complete the returns/exchanges form included in your order summary—use the top section for returns and the bottom section for exchanges. Place the completed form inside the package with your item(s) in the original Sewnearth packaging or any well-padded envelope or box.

Step 2: Generate Your Free Return Label
Create and print your free return shipping label. Attach it securely to your return package.

Step 3: Send Your Return
Seal up the box and drop it off at any UAE post office or mail carrier! Once your return is sent, you can track it. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received and being processed.

International Orders

For international orders, we do not accept merchandise exchanges. However, we can issue a credit back to the original payment method.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it, with a refund for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees.

Please note that for international returns, refunds for duties and taxes may be available in certain cases. Contact your local customs office for more information. Refunds may take up to 60 business days to appear on your account.
